Job Title: Senior International Accountant

Location: Aliso Viejo, CA

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $38.94 - $49.13 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employment Type: Temporary, ~1 year

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

The Senior International Accountant manages core international financial records, supports month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, prepares complex journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, and ensures compliance with US GAAP.

• Perform recurring accounting close activities with accountability for timely, accurate results
• Help coordinate and oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process of international subsidiaries
• Support month-end close, including preparing intercompany and subsidiary journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with international subsidiaries' statutory audits
• Support international subsidiary treasury management, including tracking intercompany loans and entering subsidiary payments
• Prepare international sales reconciliations against third-party logistics provider reports
• Assist with other projects and activities as directed
