Job summary

Business Systems Analyst

Opportunity Summary

This organization relies on an integrated suite of enterprise systems — including a Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) platform — to manage how products are quoted, priced, registered, and brought to market. As Business Systems Analyst, you'll sit at the center of that transformation, translating business needs into technical solutions that keep quoting, pricing, and compliance processes running smoothly. It's a role built for someone who wants direct visibility into a major systems integration effort and the chance to shape how the business operates for years to come.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, translating them into detailed Business Specifications.
• Review Functional Design Specifications for accuracy and completeness, and provide formal business sign-off on solution deliverables.
• Write and execute test scripts, leading Business Analyst testing activities across System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements, writing functional specifications, and leading SIT/UAT validation testing with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.

Preferred

• Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) platforms or similar quoting/pricing tools.
• Background supporting product management, supplier management, registration, or compliance systems.
• Experience developing data mapping specifications for system integrations.
