Recruiter will identify, engage, and recruit technical professionals across engineering, production, operations, maintenance, and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) disciplines. This position focuses on developing qualified talent pipelines, managing candidate relationships, and supporting recruitment activities from initial sourcing through placement. Working closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders, this role contributes to workforce planning and successful hiring outcomes for complex industrial operations and projects.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production, operations, maintenance, and EPC positions.
• Develop talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, hiring manager communications, and recruitment follow-up activities.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, position qualifications, and hiring priorities.
• Evaluate candidate experience against engineering, operations, and industrial project requirements.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruiting process, including interview coordination and offer discussions.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles, recruitment activity, and hiring documentation within applicant tracking systems.
• Research industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Support recruitment administration, onboarding coordination, and HR-related processes.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress to support recruitment objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in engineering, technical, or corporate recruiting, including candidate sourcing, recruitment coordination, and hiring process support.
• At least 1 year of HR generalist experience, with exposure to HR operations and employee-related processes.
• Experience recruiting within oil & gas, petrochemical, LNG, EPC, or related industrial environments preferred.
• Experience sourcing engineering, maintenance, operations, or other technical professionals.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and candidate sourcing platforms.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Familiarity with technical job requirements, engineering disciplines, and industrial operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree required for consideration for conversion to a permanent position.
• Previous experience in staffing, technical recruiting, or corporate talent acquisition preferred.
