Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering, technical, or corporate recruiting experience.
• At least 1 year of HR generalist experience.
• Experience recruiting within oil & gas, petrochemical, LNG, EPC, or related industrial environments.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and candidate sourcing platforms.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Bachelor's degree required for consideration for conversion to a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for engineering and EPC roles.
• Develop talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and hiring manager communications.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
• Maintain candidate profiles and recruitment activity in ATS.
• Track recruiting progress to support hiring objectives.
• Research industry hiring trends and compensation benchmarks.
