Job summary

Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a Contract Recruiter to support a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting across technical and corporate functions, delivering high-quality talent and a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Based in Fort Worth, the position is onsite with a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM–4:00 PM). You will handle 30+ requisitions, collaborate with hiring leaders, source candidates through

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience required.
• Experience supporting technical recruiting in oil & gas or energy sectors.
• Ability to manage 30+ requisitions concurrently.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms.
• Excellent communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Self-starter with a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of requisitions (30+), primarily within engineering and technical functions.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and align on candidate profiles.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews throughout the hiring process.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure engagement during longer hiring cycles.
• Track candidate activity and pipeline progress using ATS and internal tracking tools.
• Support offer process as needed, including coordination and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
• Ability to communicate effectively with both candidates and hiring teams
• Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven approach
