Job summary

Atlas Energy Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing of technical talent in Austin, TX. This onsite role partners with Power and Operations leaders to meet staffing needs and build strong candidate pipelines.

You will manage end-to-end hiring, screen for technical fit, and deliver a strong candidate experience, while leveraging ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to access top talent across the energy and engineering sectors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting in energy, oil & gas, power generation, manufacturing, industrial, construction, engineering, or similar technical environment
• Proven ability to identify, engage, and build relationships with passive candidates
• Experience recruiting technical, skilled trades, operations, engineering, or other hard-to-fill roles
• Comfort partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers
• Strong urgency, independent work style, and accountability
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience using an ATS and recruiting technology
• Agency recruiting experience is a plus

• Create sourcing strategies for difficult or niche searches
• Screen and assess candidates for relevant experience, technical alignment, and overall role fit
• Manage multiple searches and competing priorities while keeping candidates and hiring teams moving
• Provide market insight on talent availability, compensation, competition, and sourcing challenges
• Support targeted recruiting initiatives including recruiting events, trade schools, military recruiting, and other programs
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition activity in the ATS
• Deliver a strong candidate experience from first conversation through hire

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including hands-on sourcing
• Experience recruiting in energy, oil & gas, power generation, manufacturing, industrial, construction, engineering, or a similar technical environment
• Proven ability to identify, engage, and build relationships with passive candidates
• Strong skills with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/search techniques
• Experience recruiting technical, skilled trades, operations, engineering, or other hard-to-fill roles
• Comfort partnering directly with senior leaders and hiring managers
• Strong urgency, independent work style, and accountability
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience using an ATS and recruiting technology
• Agency recruiting experience is a plus but not required
