Job summary

Cardinal Point Homeland Security Group in Montgomery County, MD is seeking a fast, proactive recruiter to move the recruiting pipeline. You will make calls, send texts, book screenings, and coordinate interviews to fill armed, unarmed, school, concierge, and supervisor roles.

Source and screen candidates, review qualifications and availability, maintain accurate pipeline notes, and partner with operations, compliance, training, HR and scheduling to hit hiring goals.
