You will serve as the onsite liaison, build strong relationships with three staffing suppliers, manage order flow, collaborate to resolve issues, and provide data-driven hiring insights while promoting inclusion and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in recruiting or supplier relationship management within a high-volume, industrial or light industrial environment.
• Experience working directly with suppliers or as an MSP/RPO specialist is highly valued.
• Proficiency in Fieldglass and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable acting as the “go-between”.

Kelly Recruiter is the Subject Matter Expert who will build positive relationships and drive candidate and client engagement throughout the entire recruitment life cycle.

• While the focus is NOT on CV review, you stay ready to step in and screen resumes when needed
• Adaptability, data awareness, and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
• Proven track record of collaborating to achieve hiring goals

This role requires 5 days of work per week onsite in the facility at Florence, KY.

The annual base pay range for this position is $51.300 to $68.400 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
