Job summary

Kelly is hiring a high-volume, full-cycle Recruiter to fill industrial and warehouse roles across multiple markets. You will manage the entire candidate lifecycle with speed and integrity.

You will attract, source, and screen passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Bullhorn, partnering with hiring managers to ensure fair, consistent assessments and strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Seeking a minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse capacity.
• Experience working for a staffing agency or onsite with an industrial client strongly preferred.
• Customer-centric, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
• Results-driven, accomplishing tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency.
• Action-oriented, taking on tasks with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
• Solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction.
• Situational adaptability and learning agility, demonstrating the capability to shift work efforts with new, changing and/or ambiguous scenarios.
• Strong communication and listening skills to engage various audiences, verbally and in writing.

Base pay range for this position is $51,300 – 68,400 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
