Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Recruiter to manage full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple markets. You will attract, source and screen applicants, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a fair and efficient selection process.

Based in Bourbonnais, Illinois, this on-site role offers growth opportunities within a caring, inclusive team. You will partner with HR and use Avature to track candidates and drive top talent into the organization.

Our Recruiter is accountable for:

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
• Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Avature)
• Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements, and to ensure that the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices

• Seeking a minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse capacity required.

Base compensation range: $51,300 — $68,400
