Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Recruiter to serve as the onsite liaison at the client location in Florence, KY, focused on light industrial roles. You’ll build and maintain strong, professional relationships with three designated staffing suppliers and monitor order flow to align submissions with client needs.

You will collaborate with suppliers to resolve challenges, share data-driven hiring insights for process improvements, and champion our culture of inclusion and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in recruiting or supplier relationship management in high-volume, light industrial environments.
• Experience working directly with suppliers or as an MSP/RPO specialist is highly valued.
• Ability to work effectively onsite, building trust with client contacts and partner suppliers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable acting as the "go-between".
• Proficiency in tools such as Fieldglass, as well as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• While the focus is NOT on CV review, you stay ready to step in and screen resumes when needed.
• Adaptability, data awareness, and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Proven track record of collaborating to achieve hiring goals.
• Committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

This role requires 5 days of work per week onsite in the facility at Florence, KY.

The annual base pay range for this position is $51.300 to $68.400 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
