Job summary

Test Names 2 is seeking a Lead recruiter to manage a recruiting pipeline for sales and corporate hiring in a fast-paced environment. You will staff Sales Reps nationwide and corporate roles, especially in Miami, while handling HR screening tasks such as drug testing and reference checks.

You will source candidates via résumés, social media, and headhunting activities. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of recruiting experience, with a friendly, outgoing approach and strong

Qualifications

Job description

Lead a recruiting pipeline for sales and corporate hiring while supporting some core HR screening tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Staff a range of positions, with primary focus on Sales Reps across cities nationwide and core corporate positions in Miami
• Recruit assigned markets by gainfully and confidentially identifying candidates
• Source candidates using techniques including:
  • Mining resumes on job boards
  • Internet and social media search
  • Career service website research
  • True headhunting
• Perform some human resources functions, including:
  • Drug testing
  • Background check coordination
  • Reference checks
• Support recruiting execution for assigned roles
• Minimal travel may be required

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years of relevant experience (min experience)
• Ability to fit into an established recruiting team
• Friendly and outgoing approach with interest in a fast-paced environment
• Staffing or recruiting experience plus headhunting experience (preferred)
• Confidence using recruiting tools, including Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn
• Good telephone skills
• Well organized working style
• Strong attention to detail
