Job summary

ABC Multi-EIN, LLC is seeking a degreed Recruiter to join our fast-paced Recruiting team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and have staffing/recruiting experience with a background in headhunting.

You will work to fill Sales Rep roles across the country and corporate positions in Miami. The role includes recruiting gainfully employed and passive candidates via Resume mining, internet and social media search, job boards, and career websites, as well as HR functions such as drug

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years of recruiting/staffing experience preferred.
• Experience with staffing, recruiting, and headhunting is preferred.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools (Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Staff a variety of positions with focus on Sales Reps nationwide and core corporate roles in Miami.
• Recruit gainfully employed and passive candidates using resumes mining, internet/social media, and career sites; headhunting.
• Perform HR tasks including drug testing, background checks, and reference checks; travel may be minimal.

We are currently searching for a degreed Recruiter to join our already established recruiting team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and have the desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Someone with staffing or recruiting experience in addition to headhunting experience is preferred. Candidates must feel confident using recruiting tools (Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc...).

What you will be doing

This exciting position is responsible for staffing a variety of positions, with the primary focus being Sales Reps in cities across the country along with our core corporate positions in Miami. The recruiter will be responsible for their assigned markets recruiting gainfully employed and confidentially looking candidates using a variety of recruiting techniques such as mining resumes on job boards, internet and social media search, career service websites, and true headhunting. This person will also be responsible for some human resources functions, including drug testing, background check, reference checks, etc. Minimal travel may be required.
