Job summary

Mondo in Denver is seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team. This role blends remote work with a weekly on-site presence, ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and loves connecting with people.

You’ll own the full recruiting process from sourcing to closing, build a national pipeline of technical talent, and collaborate with Account Managers to align candidates with client needs.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in a sales-centric recruiting environment.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities with tight attention to detail.
• Confident picking up the phone and driving results.

We’re looking for a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our Denver team! To note - this role is primarily remote / onsite 1x per week.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and build a strong candidate pipeline of technical professionals nationwide
• Own the full recruiting process — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing
• Conduct cold calls, outreach, and follow-ups to engage top talent
• Partner closely with Account Managers to align talent with client needs
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within our ATS
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer

What You Bring:

• Ideally 1–3+ years of experience in a sales centric/recruiting environment (not a must have)
