Hulcher Services Inc. is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join our recruiting team and focus on field management, supervisory, and specialized positions across the organization.

The role involves full-cycle recruiting, sourcing passive candidates, and building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles in rail, industrial services, heavy equipment, construction, transportation, and logistics. You will partner with hiring managers to deliver qualified candidates and manage multiple requisitions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for field-level, blue-collar, industrial, or specialized positions.
• Experience recruiting in railroad, industrial, heavy equipment, construction, transportation, environmental, logistics, field services, or similar industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer and onboarding coordination.
• Recruit for field management, supervisory, and specialized positions.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews and assess candidates for qualifications and overall fit.
• Manage multiple requisitions while prioritizing urgent hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within Paylocity.
• Provide a professional and responsive candidate experience.
• Monitor recruiting activity and identify opportunities to improve sourcing and time-to-fill.

Hulcher Services is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join our recruiting team. This position will focus heavily on recruiting for field management, supervisory, and specialized positions across our organization.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting within industries similar to Hulcher Services, including railroad, industrial services, heavy equipment, construction, transportation, environmental services, logistics, field services, or skilled trades.

This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting position for someone who knows how to find qualified candidates for hard-to-fill positions, including passive candidates who may not be actively looking.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for field-level, blue-collar, industrial, or specialized positions strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting in railroad, industrial, heavy equipment, construction, transportation, environmental, logistics, field services, or similar industries preferred.
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate recruiting skills.
• Experience with an ATS such as Paylocity, Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, or similar.
• Strong interviewing, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
