Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Manage job postings across job boards and social media
• Conduct reference checks and support onboarding
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and pipelines
• Build strong professional relationships with candidates and internal teams
• Provide administrative and office support, including scheduling and correspondence

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
