Senior Recruiting Manager @ CRG | Driving Talent Acquisition Success

Our Florida-based client, a publicly traded designer, manufacturer, and distributor of interior and exterior doors for residential and commercial builders, has been going strong for almost 100 years. With 15,000 employees, the company produces over 100,000 doors a day, which it sells to around 8,000 customers in 60 countries. The organization has won several prestigious awards for its products. With stability and growth top of mind, it has completed a recent acquisition and is continuously expanding its North American Footprint. In this role you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing prospective employees and evaluating candidates for the Charlotte manufacturing plant.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Compensation: $22/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Gather candidate feedback from interview team and lead final assessment and selection process.
• Provide company information to candidates and appropriately sell the value proposition of the company experience.
• Ensure a positive and connected candidate experience throughout the Talent Acquisition Process.
• Leverage multiple job boards and digital platforms to proactively source, attract, and engage top-tier candidates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years’ experience.
• Minimum 3 years of full cycle recruiting/sourcing experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with ATS and Indeed.
