A leading company is seeking a Medical Recruiter to partner with HR and Health Services teams to fill medical vacancies. The role involves developing recruitment strategies, monitoring applicant flow, and ensuring compliance with medical hiring laws. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR or Nursing, with experience in medical recruiting and strong organizational skills.
***This is a REMOTE contract role and you must have . We are seeking someone LOCAL to the Brentwood/ Greater Nashville area. There will be one day of training in our corporate office in Brentwood, TN on your first day.
SUMMARY:
The Medical Recruiter partners with the Regional HR, Health Services Team, and Health Services Administrators across facilities to fill medical vacancies throughout CoreCivic. The role involves working closely with facility leadership to monitor recruitment issues, develop plans to meet hiring goals, and refine screening/credentialing processes for various medical staff. The recruiter collaborates with Human Resources to ensure consistent hiring processes, provides feedback on programs, and develops a qualified applicant pool. Responsibilities also include implementing cost-effective recruitment programs, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, and building partnerships with community and educational institutions.
