This is a commission-driven position with the opportunity to earn between 30-80% of your production.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
• Partner with clients to fill urgent positions
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
• Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews, and assist in negotiating job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills
• A degree is preferred but not required
• Successful completion of gpac training and all related requirements

gpac (Growing People and Companies) is an award-winning search firm specializing in placing quality professionals across multiple industries in the United States since 1990. We are highly competitive, client-focused, and committed to delivering the right solutions at the right time.

Base salary begins at $35,568 annually (paid $1,482 twice monthly). Additionally, you can earn commissions ranging from $40k to over $500k annually. Commissions are uncapped. After the initial period, you will be eligible for gpac benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and a 401(k) plan.
