Job summary

ACL Digital is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant in Cambridge, MA. This contract role focuses on managing full-cycle recruitment for assigned staff positions, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent.

The position is 2 days onsite per week for a total duration of 6 months, with ad-hoc needs as they arise. You will handle intake discussions, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate onboarding, while maintaining ATS

Location: Cambridge, MA 02138 (2 days a week onsite)

Duration: 06 Months

Note: Candidates must disclose preplanned vacation and be able to start with short notice.

• The Talent Acquisition Consultant manages full-cycle recruitment for assigned staff positions, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent. This role supports all stages of the hiring process, including intake discussions, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate onboarding.
