Job summary

ACL Digital in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant for hybrid, 6-month engagement. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers and onboarding for designated client schools/units.

You will ensure compliant hiring practices, maintain ATS records, and deliver a positive candidate experience across all stages of the process.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle for designated roles.

Job description

Location: Cambridge, MA 02138 - Hybrid

Duration: 06 Months

Candidates must disclose preplanned vacation and be able to start with short notice.

Description:

Independently perform activities associated with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees for a designated Client school/unit.

Consult as needed with Client managers and HR generalists on job titles, descriptions and requirements, grades and starting salary ranges.

Review resumes, interview candidates, and develop diverse slates of candidates and finalists for manager consideration.

Conduct appropriate reference and background checking. Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruitment process.

Accurately communicate important employment information during delivery and negotiation of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation).

Manage candidate activity, including dispositioning of the applicant pool in the applicant tracking system.

Prepare and enter any needed data or complete paperwork relating to hiring or onboarding.

The Talent Acquisition Consultant manages full-cycle recruitment for assigned staff positions, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent.

This role supports all stages of the hiring process, including intake discussions, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate onboarding.
