Recruiter - Boston, MA
We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join a well-established global consumer brand in Boston, MA. This role will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure top talent while delivering a strong candidate experience.
This is a 2.5- to 3-month contract opportunity through the end of 2026, paying $35–$45/hour depending on experience, with a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote in Boston.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer extension, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and other talent channels.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assess skills, experience, qualifications, and overall fit for open positions.
- Manage candidates through the offer process, including extending offers, discussing compensation, and ensuring a positive experience through acceptance and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the ATS and effectively manage active and future talent pipelines.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers while serving as a knowledgeable representative of the organization and its culture.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by developing diverse candidate pipelines and promoting an inclusive recruitment process.
- Manage multiple open requisitions and recruiting priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall candidate experience.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Previous agency recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
- Proven success sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates across a variety of roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong candidate-focused approach with a commitment to delivering a positive recruiting experience.
