Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Recruiter to own full life cycle recruiting for roles across multiple markets, including industrial and warehouse environments. You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, efficient assessments.

You'll source passive and active candidates through job boards and Avature, manage a fast-paced process with high energy, and maintain strong relationships with HR partners.

Our Recruiter is accountable for:

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
• Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Avature)
• Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements, and to ensure that the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices

• Strong communication and listening skills to engage various audiences, verbally and in writing
• Seeking a minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse capacity required.

The annual base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.

$51,300– $68,400
