Job summary

Sanford Rose Associates Network is hiring an Entry-Level Recruiter in Atlanta, GA, for a fully onsite role in the Animal Health industry. This is an excellent chance for recent graduates or early-career professionals to launch a career in recruiting, with comprehensive training and mentorship provided.

You will source candidates, conduct outreach and interviews, and build strong relationships with clients and candidates while learning modern sourcing strategies and sales-oriented business

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing new business through networking and outbound outreach.
• Learn to understand client hiring needs and identify qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client information within the ATS.
• Stay informed on industry trends and market activity.
• Collaborate with the team to meet recruiting and business development goals.

What You'll Do:
