Job summary

Sales Hatch, based in Roswell, GA, is seeking a motivated Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruiting process in-office. You will partner with leadership, source candidates, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified applicants with clear summaries.

You’ll coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support offers while maintaining accurate records to drive placements. You should enjoy connecting with people, stay organized, and bring urgency and ownership to your work.
