Job summary

Sales Hatch, based in Roswell, GA, is seeking a motivated Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruiting process in-office. You will partner with leadership, source candidates, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified applicants with clear summaries.

You’ll coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support offers while maintaining accurate records to drive placements. You should enjoy connecting with people, stay organized, and bring urgency and ownership to your work.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people.
• Excellent organization and consistent follow-through.

• The ability to manage multiple searches and priorities.
• Recruiting, staffing, or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess experience, qualifications, interest, and fit.
• Present qualified candidates with clear summaries of their backgrounds.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and hiring managers informed.
• Follow up consistently to gather feedback and move searches forward.
• Support offer discussions and stay connected with candidates through their start dates.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and work toward placement goals.
