The Town of Parker is seeking staff to provide patron services across childcare, climbing wall, and related program areas. The role involves safety-sensitive duties and participation in background checks and drug testing per Town policy.

Responsibilities include monitoring areas, maintaining facility appearance, completing documentation, and assisting with openings, closings, and inventory. Emergency response and incident reporting are also part of the job.

Competenze

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Possession of or ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification upon hire.
• Two (2) years of experience with children or a related field preferred.
• Climbing wall experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provides front-line, day-to-day services in assigned divisions (Childcare, Climbing Wall, etc.).
• Monitors facilities and ensures safety; handles safety concerns and reports issues.
• Completes required documentation and assists with opening/closing and inventory procedures.
• Responds to emergencies and assists in evacuations; completes incident reports.
• Sets up and tears down tables, chairs, AV equipment, sports or recreation gear for events.
• Ensures compliance with Town policies and reports abuse cases.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
