Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides front-line, day-to-day patron services in childcare, climbing wall, and related program areas.
• Maintains order and safety within program areas; monitors participants and facilities; completes incident reports as needed.
• Assists with opening, closing, and inventory procedures; sets up and tears down equipment for events and rentals.
• Responds to emergency situations and assists in evacuation; communicates issues to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with Town policies; reports suspected abuse to supervisor and appropriate bodies.
