Job summary

Town of Parker seeks a motivated facility assistant to support the PACE Center and The Schoolhouse operations, events, and rentals. You will help set up rooms, move furniture, and assist with basic custodial tasks in a fast-paced public venue.

The role requires flexible evenings/weekends, basic computer skills, and strong customer service. Training is provided; background screenings may apply. Applicants must be 16 or older and able to lift and move equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Experience in events or event setup preferred.
• Experience in customer service or related area preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all event set-ups and room restores.
• Transport, setup and dismantle equipment including tables, chairs, linen, pipe and drape, stanchions, barricades, dance floors and moderate audio/video equipment.
• Maintains restroom facilities before, during and after events. Performs tasks such as cleaning and replenishing supplies.
