The City of Aurora's Recreation Center for Active Adults is seeking an Assistant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, assist customers, and manage registrations and transactions.

You will supervise staff, balance financials, ensure safety, and support programs and events. A Bachelor's degree, 3 years of experience, and 1 year supervisory experience are required; CPR/AED/First Aid within 6 months. Salary ranges from $54,564 to $68,205 annually.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• 3 years of experience in recreation center operations or related field.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, supervise, and coach staff; document actions per procedures.
• Manage registrations, memberships, and facility rentals.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare end-of-shift reports and deposits.
• Open/close facilities and ensure readiness, cleanliness, and safety.
• Respond to emergencies and provide program support as needed.
