Job summary

Babson College seeks an Athletic Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily operations at the Len Green Recreation and Athletics Complex (LGRAC). You will ensure timely reservations, deliver outstanding customer service, and supervise student staff while maintaining safety and accessibility for 10 varsity and recreation facilities.

The role partners with the Facilities Manager on scheduling, programming management, and daily operations, ensuring clean and safe spaces, and guiding tours for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with culturally, ethnically, and socially diverse students, staff, faculty, and other constituencies.
• Strong supervisory skills.
• Envisions and proposes new methods to perform tasks and accepts new initiatives and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assist with management of programs and maintain facility operations.
• Manage reservations for intramurals, club sports, external rentals, group exercise classes, and tournaments.
• Act as a key holder and secure spaces while ensuring access to facilities.
• Deliver excellent customer service to students, external members, and rental groups.
• Oversee student staffing and supervise to ensure daily checklists are completed and report issues.
