Job summary

Babson College is seeking an Athletic Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Len Green Recreation and Athletics Complex, delivering exceptional customer service and managing reservations for intramurals, club sports, and external rentals. The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong skills in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Works with the Facilities Manager on day-to-day activities, including scheduling and maintaining facility operations.
• Play an integral role for reservations for intramurals, club sports, external rentals, group exercise classes and tournaments.
• Serve as a keyholder for the complex, securing spaces and ensuring access to facilities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to students, external members, and rental groups.
• Oversee student staffing and ensure daily checklists are completed, reporting issues as needed.
• Provide communication and programming knowledge about recreation, and lead facility tours as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the Center, including specific workout areas and front office spaces.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards health and wellness and support staff initiatives.
