Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• No felonies on record for at least 7 years.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• DOT medical card required and kept up to date.
• Experience in towing/recovery preferred but not required.
• Ability to work long hours, including day and night shifts.
• Training provided for asset recovery basics.

Responsibilities

• Perform asset recovery tasks and maintain the assigned vehicle.
• Complete updates on each case and inventory personal property after repossession.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with clients and team members.
• Maintain professional conduct and the company standards on all interactions.
• Be prepared for extended shifts and varying schedules.
