Pegasus Recovery Solutions in El Paso, TX seeks a Recovery Agent with tow truck experience and a commitment to excellent service. Prior auto recovery or PPI background preferred; training provided.

You will work full-time with commission, 12-hour shifts including day and night. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, DOT medical card, and ability to maintain equipment are required. Salary starts at $60,000 plus commission, with high earners over six figures.

Qualifications

• Must have Tow truck experience (1 year+)
• PPI knowledge is a plus
• Must hold a valid driver's license
• Must obtain/retain a valid DOT medical card
• Must be able to maintain a clean driving record and be team oriented
• Able to complete case updates and inventory accurately
• Willing to work long or extended hours
