Job summary

Pegasus Recovery Solutions in Odessa, TX is seeking a Recovery Agent with auto recovery or towing/PPI experience. The role requires going the extra mile for clients to ensure top service and complete orders.

You will maintain and operate the assigned vehicle, complete updates on each case, prepare condition reports and inventory personal property, and communicate clearly with clients. Training is provided; shifts include 12-hour day and night rotations; salary is $60,000 per year plus commission.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Must have no felonies on record for at least 7 years.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Must be team oriented.
• Be willing to learn the asset recovery services field with a positive attitude.
• Be able to maintain, operate and keep the assigned vehicle clean.
• Obtain/retain at all times a valid DOT medical card.
• Be computer literate.
• Be able to complete updates on each case when required by the client.
• Be able to complete condition reports and provide an inventory of personal property on each repossessed vehicle accurately after the vehicle has been secured.
• Be able to communicate clearly and courteously, act professionally and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Display the standards and expectations of the company when dealing with the public or any customer.
• Be willing to work long or extended hours.
• Prior repossession experience not required, training will be provided. Please only apply if you have Tow Truck experience, PPI a plus!!
