Job summary

A recovery service provider in Fort Worth is seeking a Recovery Agent to ensure high levels of customer service and complete orders efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. This full-time role includes various shifts and bonus pay opportunities. Training will be provided for those without prior repossession experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Must have no felonies on record for at least 7 years.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Be willing to learn the asset recovery services field.
• Obtain/retain a valid DOT medical card.
• Be able to communicate clearly and courteously.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service and order completion.
• Maintain and operate the assigned vehicle.
• Complete condition reports and provide inventory of personal property on repossessed vehicles.
• Work long or extended hours if needed.
