Responsibilities

• Staff Leadership and Development: oversee onboarding, training, and employment documentation for RSS staff.
• Training and Performance Support: reinforce policies, safety protocols, and role expectations through coaching.
• Workforce Scheduling: develop and maintain staff schedules across programs.
• Daily Staffing Coordination: assign RSS responsibilities based on program needs and coverage.
• Shift Lead Oversight: support Shift Leads in daily operations and staffing challenges.
• Payroll Administration: monitor timekeeping and ensure payroll submissions on deadlines.
• Program Activities: assist with daily gratitude, reflection, and wrap-up groups as needed.
• Care Coordination: collaborate with the treatment team on plans and continuity of recovery services.
