Job summary

Granite Recovery Center is seeking a Full Time Recovery Support Specialist in New Hampshire to directly supervise clients and assist with admissions and discharges. You will observe medication administration, maintain logs, and support daily operations while upholding the center's mission.

Responsibilities include transporting clients to meetings and appointments, documenting in the EMR, and collaborating with clinicians to support sustained sobriety. NH-based center with comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass driving record checks.
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
• 12-step recovery knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet deadlines while delivering exemplary customer service.
• Direct supervision of clients.
• Enforce policies and procedures.
• Observe and supervise medication administration and maintain accurate logs.
• Work independently or with a team and complete assignments per instructions.
• Offer clients support based on the 12 Steps in real life.
• Serve as an intermediary between clients and clinicians.
• Observe and redirect client behavior to support recovery.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes, including EMR documentation.
• Attend groups, take notes, and log information in the EMR.
• Transport clients to meetings and medical appointments.
