We seek a Supervisor of Recovery Support in Ronkonkoma, NY to plan, advocate, implement, and coordinate a proactive array of services for patients while performing essential program support tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Minimum two years of experience in substance use disorder treatment.
• Experience with case management and knowledge of co-occurring disorders.
• CASAC preferred; Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor - Trainee in good standing

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Recovery Support Staff (RSS) supervisors and document all supervisions in Relias.
• Oversee and assign duties to Recovery Support Staff.
• Train and onboard new RSS staff.
• Develop the weekly RSS schedule and ensure coverage for all shifts.
• On call after hours to RSS for emergencies.
• Conduct monthly RSS staff meetings.
• Develop with the Program Director RSS staff meeting agendas and attend weekly case conferences.
