The organization seeks dedicated leaders to monitor programs, ensure safety, and mentor patients toward recovery while coordinating transportation and medication room support as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor Trainee (CASAC-T) in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patients adhere to the day-to-day program schedule and track attendance.
• Monitor participation in program events and activities.
• Conduct and document room/bed checks at least every 30 minutes for resident safety.
• Perform routine facility checks to ensure safety and security.
• Review client property upon admission for policy compliance.
• Conduct contraband searches and drug screen administration per procedures.
• Lead duties for shifts to ensure schedule adherence and task completion.
• Mentor patients toward success in behavior, rules, school work, and social interactions.
• Provide safe, timely transportation of patients to off-site activities as needed.
• Assist in the medication room as needed.
