Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; RSS I requires DHCS-registered AOD Counselor.
• RSS II requires DHCS-certified AOD Counselor.
• Preferred six months related experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient supervision in a safe, therapeutic setting.
• Promotes appropriate treatment model and conducts interventions.
• Documents patient information and maintains communication across departments.
• Ensures adherence to daily program schedule and conducts group services.
• Maintains documentation in electronic health records and logs.
• Supervises medication self-administration and supports nursing staff.
• Assists with patient transportation to off-site activities.
• Participates in staff meetings and training as required.
