Job summary

Phoenix Houses of California seeks an Overnight Recovery Support Specialist to supervise patients in a safe, therapeutic overnight setting at our Victorville facility.

You will document observations, support treatment activities, and coordinate with clinical, medical, and administrative staff. Must have active RADT/SUDRC or RAC, or AOD Counselor Certification recognized by the DHCS; CA driver license preferred.

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency and experience with electronic health records.
• Ability to document and communicate clearly.
• Understanding addiction treatment concepts and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient supervision in a safe, therapeutic setting.
• Observe and document patient information and behaviors; coordinate with departments.
• Ensure adherence to daily program schedule and safety procedures.
• Document in electronic health records and staff logs promptly.
• Transport patients to off-site appointments as needed.
• Attend staff trainings and meetings; promote Phoenix House values.
