Formación

• 1–3 years of collections or related experience.
• High school education or GED required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate tactfully and build trust.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound collection calls to delinquent accounts.
• Take inbound calls for payment arrangements.
• Negotiate repayment and obtain promises to pay.
• Meet monthly collection goals.
• Maintain accurate notes and reports on collections activity.
• Respond to questions from members and management.
