You will review servicing history and collaborate with the Recovery Team Lead to select the best collection strategies. The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment with some in-office days.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of credit reporting and post-foreclosure balances.
• Basic computer skills with ability to type at least 25 wpm.
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and in person.

Aufgaben

• Review servicing history to determine best method to collect deficiency balances.
• Negotiate repayment plans or settlements with borrowers.
• Assist in 1099C process and loan inactivation decisions.
• Manage monetary judgments and track status in system.
