Job summary

Snap-on Credit LLC, the financing arm of Snap-on Inc., located in Libertyville, IL, is looking for a Recovery Specialist to notify customers of defaulted accounts and resolve balances by telephone using various collection methods.

In this role you will make outbound and handle inbound calls, locate customers, and work toward monthly goals with professional and persuasive communication. College degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience will be considered.

Recovery Specialists are responsible for notifying customers of their defaulted accounts primarily through telephone to resolve their financial obligation utilizing various collection methods.
