Job summary

Community Connections in Washington, DC seeks a Supervisor to oversee the Pathways to Recovery (PTR) program. You will supervise two Case Managers, manage clinical and administrative functions, and ensure trauma-informed, recovery-oriented services for adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders transitioning from incarceration to the community.

Responsibilities include program operations, fidelity to the PTR model, cross-system collaboration, and advancing quality improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of behavioral health experience.
• Minimum 2 years of staff supervision experience.
• Demonstrated experience serving individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders.
• Experience in community-based behavioral health settings.
• Knowledge of recovery-oriented and trauma-informed practices.
• Experience working with justice-involved populations.
• Understanding of criminal justice systems, diversion strategies, and reentry services.
• Experience with grant-funded programs and program evaluation.
• Experience collaborating with criminal justice agencies and community partners.
• Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision for Case Managers.
• Monitor documentation quality, clinical performance, and compliance.
• Lead program operations and fidelity to PTR model.
• Coordinate startup, training, and planning activities.
• Monitor engagement, retention, housing stability, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with partners and evaluators on implementation.
