English Mountain Recovery in Sevierville, TN is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow referrals and expand programs. You will engage physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and other referral sources to drive admissions and raise awareness of recovery services.

The role requires strong networking, market insight, and the ability to manage multiple outreach efforts, including community workshops, with some flexible hours.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 2+ years’ healthcare business development/marketing experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of the local market and referral base.
• Organized with multitasking and strong relational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, early mornings, and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Develops and implements business development programs in consultation with the Director of Business Development (DBD).
• Maintains a schedule of primary sources including business, industry, EAPs, managed care, physicians/licensed practitioners, and allied health professionals; documents contacts in CRM.
• Maintains current account information and referral/admission records and prepares business development reports.
• Develops and maintains new account relationships and markets; creates strategies to increase referrals in competitive markets.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key referral sources; supports designated number of targeted contacts weekly.
• Conducts community workshops and facility tours to educate clients, families, andReferral sources about programs and services.
• Represents the facility at civic and professional events to further the facility’s image and goals.
• Manages leads from referral sources and supports efficient admissions process with Admissions Department.
• Collaborates with discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians, management, and education staff to generate referrals.
• Maintains awareness of industry changes through self-education and community involvement.
• Attends department meetings and provides timely reports on performance and schedules.
