Red Oak Recovery Center in Asheville, NC seeks a Business Development Representative to promote programs and build long-term relationships with referring professionals and programs. You will work with the business development, marketing, and admissions teams to uphold the company’s mission and values.

The role requires travel and the ability to generate 5 admissions per month through new and existing referral sources. A strong knowledge of the recovery industry is essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of recovery industry.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain diversified referral relationships with referring professionals, IOPs, interventionists, after cares, hospitals/detoxes, clinical professionals and outpatient providers.
• Develop new areas of business; identify potential business partners and pursue sales leads and prospective clients (at least 10% of face-to-face contacts per month).
• Deliver presentations at conferences, marketing events, and referring professionals’ offices.
• Plan, organize, and execute networking events and professionals’ events to promote Red Oak Recovery programs.
• Update CRM with contacts, appointments, and leads weekly and run reports.
• Facilitate clear, effective communication with inquiries via telephone, email, or other compliant means.
