Waypoint Recovery Center is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow referrals and expand services in the Cameron/Charleston area. The role focuses on building relationships with physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and other professionals to drive admissions and awareness of the facility’s programs.

The ideal candidate will have a healthcare business development background, strong market knowledge, and the ability to multitask with excellent relational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher degree preferred.
• 2+ years' experience in healthcare business development and marketing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and referral base.

Responsabilités

• Develops and implements business development programs in consultation with the Director of Business Development.
• Maintains a schedule of primary sources including business, industry, EAPs, managed care, physicians and allied health professionals.
• Documents every contact in the CRM system and maintains account information and referral records.
• Develops and maintains new account relationships and markets; creates strategies to increase business in competitive markets.
• Represents the facility at civic and professional functions to enhance public image and drive referrals.
