Job summary

Requires High School diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to obtain peer support certification. You will collaborate with care teams, lead psychoeducational groups, document activities, and assist clients with housing and benefits access as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Behavioral health lived experience required.
• Ability to obtain peer support certification (1 year sobriety).
• Possession of valid Driver's License and ability to qualify for WC vehicle insurance.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Background check via Level I fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Encourages, inspires and empowers to reach treatment goals.
• Coordinates psychoeducational peer groups and teaches basic life skills.
• Works with Care Team Meetings as part of a collaborative health team.
• Helps individuals communicate and advocate for themselves to take the lead in care.
• Performs documentation and maintains records as directed by supervision.
• Assists with housing and access to benefits as needed.
